The Resiliency Initiative Presents at the 2024 National Hurricane Conference.

TRI's CEO, Andrea Davis, and Director of Preparedness, Faith Newton, presented on supply chain resiliency. Andrea and Faith shared lessons learned from their tenures with Disney and Walmart. They provided risk assessment tools that attendees could tailor to their organization and gave tips on engaging third-party vendors in their organization’s resiliency planning. They concluded the session with an engaging tabletop exercise where participants played different sectors responding to a national fuel shortage.
