The Resiliency Academy

  • Offered through TRI’s 501 (c) (3) nonprofit, the Resiliency Institute, the Academy is an award-winning, comprehensive workshop series encompassing all-hazards preparedness for the private sector, by the private sector. TRI offers the Academy in multiple formats: in-person, virtual, and on-site.

  • Fully customizable program that will cater to your organization's unique needs, ensuring alignment with your environmental, social, and corporate governance principles. 

  • Core Curriculum:  BIA and risk assessments, crisis plan development, preparedness and training customization, exercise design, crisis communications, and leading in a crisis. 

  • After completing the Academy, attendees receive a certificate of completion for 16 Continuing Education Units (CEUs), which can be applied toward all ASIS certifications, DRII recertifications (CEAP number 6.0) or IAEM’s CEM accreditation and recertification (Category E).

Executive Leadership Team

  • Design bespoke Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) aligned workshops, table-top, functional and full-scale exercises to test your organization’s crisis and continuity plans.

  • Create capabilities-driven scenarios supporting your organization’s SMART objectives and testing your employees’ and leadership’s knowledge of your organization’s incident response protocol.  

  • Past Performance Examples:  active shooter, cyber intrusion, mass casualty, ransomware attack, terrorism, weather, and natural hazards.

Employee Response Team

  • Develop all-hazards response team training aligned with your organization’s response thresholds and command and control structure.

  • Promote quick and decisive incident response.  

  • Past Performance Examples: floor warden building evacuation, field leadership crisis response, Security Operation Center (SOC) incident response, Emergency Operation Center (EOC) role development, crisis communication and compassionate care.
