The Resiliency Initiative President & CEO Andrea Davis Selected for Gusto Small Business Advisory Council

The Resiliency Initiative (TRI) is proud to share that President & CEO Andrea Davis has been selected to serve on the inaugural Gusto Small Business Advisory Council, a national group of 11 small business leaders chosen to provide insight and perspective to Gusto’s leadership team over a two-year term.

The Council brings together entrepreneurs from across the country to help shape how Gusto supports the small business community through tools, policies, and resources that make running a business easier and more impactful.

“I’m incredibly honored to join Gusto’s Small Business Advisory Council,” Andrea shared. “As a small business owner, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges and rewards of building something with purpose. I’m excited to collaborate with other business leaders to strengthen the ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs succeed.”

As a member of the Council, Andrea will engage in quarterly virtual workshops, two annual in-person summits, and periodic product-feedback sessions with Gusto’s founding and leadership teams. TRI clients can expect that the firm’s participation will further enhance its ability to integrate best practices and emerging small-business trends into its preparedness and continuity services.

Andrea brings decades of experience in crisis management, preparedness, and business continuity to the Council. Under her leadership, TRI has become known for its white-glove approach to supporting communities and organizations in planning, training, and exercising for resilience.
