That’s a Wrap: The Resiliency Institute Completes Its First Virtual Resiliency Academy

In late March 2026, The Resiliency Institute, TRI’s 501 (c) (3) foundation, reached an exciting milestone with the completion of its first-ever virtual Resiliency Academy.

Over two days, a dynamic group of professionals from across sectors and the globe came together to strengthen their skills in crisis management, business continuity, and all-hazards preparedness. What made the experience especially meaningful was not just the content, but the collaboration, participants sharing insights, asking thoughtful questions, and learning from one another in real time.

Designed by practitioners, the Academy focused on practical application, equipping attendees with tools they can immediately bring back to their organizations and communities. The energy, engagement, and commitment of this inaugural cohort set the tone for what the Resiliency Academy is meant to be: a space for learning, connection, and building confidence to lead in times of uncertainty.

This first virtual Academy marks the beginning of what The Resiliency Institute envisions as a growing platform for advancing resilience through education, innovation, and global collaboration.
